Managing Director
Gary Crawford, our Managing Director is an experienced senior manager with 30 years Policing experience. As a former national Hostage Negotiator, Firearms Commander and Event Commander, he is able to provide a high level of expertise in conflict resolution and communication skills to organisations.
His bespoke decision making model has been tested in the most hostile and stressful environments and is now available to provide you with a competitive edge in any situation.
In May 2014, Gary attained Department for Transport accreditation to provide Port Facility Security Officer training throughout the UK and is now recognised as a leading PFSO trainer.
Gary now provides consultancy services for Port Security to a number of clients in Scotland, enhancing their approach to security and compliance with the ISPS Code
